At CSS Repository, we want your shopping experience to be as satisfying as possible. In accordance with French law and the Consumer Code, below you will find the terms and conditions relating to your right of withdrawal and our refund policies.

1. Right of withdrawal (Hamon law)

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving your products.

• How to exercise this right : You must inform us of your decision by sending us an unambiguous statement by email to hello@clothingstylestudio.com.
• Return conditions : Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Items returned damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
• Return costs : Unless otherwise stated or in the event of an error on our part, you are responsible for the return costs.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for :

• Products that are personalised or made to your specifications.
• Digital content (downloadable files, source code, repository access) if the download or execution has begun after your express prior agreement and your waiver of your right of withdrawal.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

• Timeframe : If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Partial refunds : In some cases (items showing signs of use or missing parts), only a partial refund may be granted.

4. Exchanges

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@clothingstylestudio.com.

5. Return shipping

To return your product, you must send it by post to the following address: 47 QUAI DE JUILLET, 14000 CAEN, France. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
